_This is your chance to empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. _
*As a Physical Therapist, you will:*
* Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function.
* Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors.
* Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance programs.
* Promote safety and fall prevention by identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
* Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources
* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence.
* Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR.
* Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops.
* One-on-one personalized patient care.
* Develop bonds not just with patients, but with their families, doctors, and fellow team members, ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes.

*About You*
* Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
* Active or pending state license to practice PT.
* Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
* An interest in working with the senior population and helping them regain independence.
* Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
