Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards while maintaining quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, seafood handling, and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
