Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Representative and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines natural stone (granite, marble, and quartzite) and artificial stone (quartz) experience with comprehensive project management responsibilities within the Saskatchewan construction industry. You will be instrumental in selling stone countertops along with every other imaginable stone creation within the local market, while managing client relationships, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in construction estimating, project scheduling, and construction management software will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to network and expand our business operations throughout Saskatchewan.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to generate new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Manage project timelines and work flows in order to assist our clients deadlines.
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including site coordination, blueprint reading, schematics review, and contract administration
  • Collaborate with our team to interpret blueprints and schematics, ensuring project specifications are met accurately
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations
  • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Track project costs and budgets using construction estimating software; adjust plans proactively to stay within financial targets
  • Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents to safeguard company interests
  • Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks across multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales within homebuilding, renovation, and or interior design is highly preferred
  • Extensive background in construction project management, including site requirements, subtrade familiarity, cabinetry, and builder expectations are required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
  • Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies and tools for effective timeline management
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and stakeholder reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving abilities utilizing personal and professional experience coupled with excelllent written and verbal communication skills is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
