Role Description

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget and scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple millwork projects simultaneously. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, estimators, production teams, shop personnel, installers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of millwork projects—from shop drawings and production scheduling to field coordination and final installation. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vaughan, ON, requiring collaboration across teams and departments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Project Management and the ability to lead and oversee project execution effectively across all project phases.
• Experience managing multiple disciplines across several departments to maintain high standards and deliverables are met.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Experience in interior design or construction management is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes.
• Experience managing commercial and/or large residential projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management (PMP) or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience in millwork, cabinetry, or related manufacturing.
