This is not a complex or highly custom website. Our priority is a professional, fast, mobile-friendly site that we can manage and update ourselves after launch without needing a developer.
We already use WordPress and Elementor and want the new site built using Elementor only (no custom-coded themes).
Scope of Work:
re-design our website using WordPress + Elementor Pro
Key Requirements:
Must be built in WordPress + Elementor Pro
Fully editable by us after completion (no hard-coded layouts)
Clean, coastal, professional design (not flashy or over-animated)
Mobile optimized and fast loading
Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions)
Easy-to-use inquiry forms for custom trips
Simple navigation and user-friendly layout
Important Notes About Our Business:
Content & Assets:
We will provide:
Professional photos (boat, tours, coastline, guests)
Written service descriptions
Pricing structure
Branding direction and business details
You will not be required to create copy from scratch (though light editing is a bonus).
Design Style We Are Looking For:
Clean and modern
Coastal / tourism focused
Professional but friendly (not overly corporate)
Strong use of large visuals and simple layouts
Easy navigation for customers booking marine tours
Examples of tourism or charter websites in your portfolio are a strong plus.
Technical Preferences:
Experience with Elementor (required)
Experience integrating Checkfront (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience with tourism, travel, or charter businesses is a bonus
Must ensure site is lightweight and easy for non-technical owners to update
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
