The organization is advancing a multi year Business Transformation initiative focused on modernizing systems that support registration, licensing, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform technologies are core components of this modernization strategy.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer with strong, hands on implementation experience across Dynamics 365 Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SQL, APIs, and custom application development.
This role requires demonstrated depth, not just years of experience. The successful candidate must have real world experience delivering complex solutions, performing migrations, building integrations, and developing scalable enterprise level applications. General exposure or surface level familiarity will not be sufficient.
The developer will work on modernization and migration initiatives, integration work, and enhancement of CRM and SharePoint Online solutions, with a strong emphasis on clean architecture, data integrity, and secure integration.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 Online.
• Build and enhance components using PowerApps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Develop custom functionality using C sharp and ASP.Net web applications.
• Design and implement Webservice APIs for system integrations.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Support migration and integration activities between legacy systems and modern Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Work with SharePoint Online for document management and integration scenarios.
• Lead technical solution design discussions and provide input on architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, data, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate detailed requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to testing, deployment planning, and post deployment support.
Must Have Skills and Experience
Candidates must clearly demonstrate hands on experience in the following technologies.
• Dynamics 365 Online
• Dataverse
• PowerApps
• Power Pages
• ASP.Net web application development
• Webservice APIs development and integration
• C sharp programming language
• SQL Server development and optimization
• SharePoint Online integration experience
Additional clarification:
Dynamics CRM on premises Customer Engagement experience is beneficial but not mandatory if strong Dynamics 365 Online and SharePoint Online experience is demonstrated.
