Collaboration & Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to intermediate and junior piping engineers and designers.
Coordinate with other disciplines (process, mechanical, structural, electrical, I&C, and project management) to ensure integrated and constructible designs.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
When required, act as Piping Discipline Lead for small to medium-sized projects or defined scopes within larger projects.
Continuous Improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of piping engineering standards, codes, technologies, and industry best practices.
Contribute to the development and improvement of piping design standards, tools, and work processes within Worley.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and technical excellence.
