Kitchen Manager Opportunity – Be Part of Our Team
Your Role
We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who is passionate about leading a culinary team and delivering exceptional food quality. You'll oversee all back-of-house operations, manage inventory and costs, and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and presentation. If you're a strong leader with a love for food and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our leadership team

What You'll Do
Lead the kitchen team by example, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to produce exceptional food.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure efficient kitchen operations and profitability.
Train and mentor kitchen team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the culinary field.
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen meets all compliance standards.
Monitor kitchen performance metrics and create action plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Ability to manage costs, inventory, and operations effectively.
A genuine passion for culinary arts and creating a positive team culture.
