Dental Administrator/Recall Coordinator Position

The dental administrator will play a key part in strengthening patient relationships, keeping our hygiene schedule strong, and supporting a high-performing clinical team.

  • Tuesday 8:30AM - 4:30PM (Stephen Avenue Dental Choice)
  • Wednesday 11AM - 7PM (Kensington Dental Choice)
  • Thursday 8:30AM - 4:30PM (Stephen Avenue Dental Choice)
  • One Saturday per month 9AM - 3PM (Mount Royal Dental Choice)

Administration & Recall Coordination

• Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note

• Proactively contact patients due for hygiene and outstanding treatment

• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups

• Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy

• Own and improve our recall system

• Track and report hygiene metrics weekly

• Help strengthen patient retention and reactivation

• Naturally bring positive energy to every interaction

• Love following up and closing the loop

• Enjoy turning "maybe later" into "scheduled"

• Are organized and comfortable tracking numbers and goals

• Stay calm under pressure and keep things running smoothly

• Have a team-focused mindset and a desire to grow

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience preferred
(Curve software knowledge is an asset)
