Purpose of the role To lead and deliver innovative PR and communications strategies that elevate the Camira brand across global markets, driving awareness, recognition, and engagement. This 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) offers the opportunity to shape compelling narratives, create impactful campaigns, and strengthen Camiras presence across digital, traditional, and social channels. The day to day To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements Develop and deliver creative, integrated PR and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, aligned with business strategy. Lead product launch communications and create compelling narratives that drive engagement throughout the product lifecycle. Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) and paid campaigns to grow reach and visibility. Build strong media relationships and secure impactful PR coverage. Create high-quality, multi-channel content including press releases, web, social, email, and marketing collateral. Drive targeted email campaigns and support corporate communications for key initiatives. Contribute to internal communications and provide insights through performance reporting and competitor analysis. Other Considerations Proven experience in communications, delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. Strong track record in growing social engagement and brand presence, especially on Instagram and LinkedIn. Excellent storytelling skills with a sharp sense of brand and narrative. Experience managing agencies and suppliers, plus established media and influencer contacts (ideally in commercial interiors). Marketing expertise in B2B and/or B2C environments. Confident with digital tools: Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and social analytics. 23 days Holiday Competitive Salary 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) covering Maternity leave.
