About the Role

We are a busy, high-standard nail salon seeking a strong, reliable Salon Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive business performance.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and can lead a diverse team of nail technicians with confidence and professionalism.

You will act as the voice of ownership on the floor and are expected to run the salon day-to-day with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nail technicians and front-desk staff
• Maintain staff discipline, scheduling, and fair rotation
• Recruit, onboard, and retain nail technicians long-term
• Handle staff issues, conflicts, and performance management
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
• Manage slow seasons by proactively driving customer traffic
• Implement promotions, reactivation efforts, and operational ideas
• Communicate clearly with ownership on performance and issues
• Enforce salon policies consistently and professionally

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership or management experience (salon, hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred)
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead without micromanagement
• Comfortable managing people from different backgrounds
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
• Willing to be accountable for results, not just attendance

This role is not suitable for someone who avoids responsibility or decision-making.
