We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all project goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, using metrics to evaluate performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 7+ years in project management, with a strong background in managing complex projects across various industries.
  • Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and improving processes.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
