A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred. However, public transportation is available to and from the home.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Personal Support Worker to assist an adult client with physical disabilities in a private home setting.

This role involves supporting daily living activities and promoting independence, dignity, and comfort

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with morning and evening routines (getting ready for the day / preparing for bed)

• Personal care support (as needed)

• Meal preparation (regular cooking and food prep required)

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment

• Accompanying to appointments and community activities

• Assisting with mobility and transfers (if applicable)

• Help with Medications

• Supporting daily routines and scheduled tasks

• Providing companionship and respectful support

• Following written instructions and task lists independently

Ideal Candidate:

• Honest and dependable

• Comfortable working in a private home environment

• Able to work independently and follow structured routines

• Respectful, patient, and non-judgmental

• Physically capable of assisting someone with mobility needs

• Good communication skills

• Punctual and organized
