What You'll Be Responsible For
Keyword Research & Strategy
Identify high-volume, low-competition keyword opportunities
Develop a clear content roadmap
Build topic clusters and pillar structures
Categorise keywords by priority and opportunity level
On-Page SEO Optimisation
Optimise headings, metadata, and internal linking
Improve search intent alignment
Enhance content structure and readability
Implement schema where relevant (FAQ, review, etc.)
Ensure proper indexing via Google Search Console
Content Planning & Improvement
Create SEO briefs for writers
Audit existing content for improvement opportunities
Refresh outdated content
Identify quick wins and long-term growth opportunities
Technical SEO Support
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
Improve site structure and crawlability
Monitor indexing, errors, and performance
Collaborate with developers when required
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report on:
Organic traffic growth
Keyword ranking improvements
New keyword acquisition
Conversion performance from organic traffic
SEO ROI indicators
Success Looks Like
Consistent month-on-month organic growth
More keywords ranking in positions 1–10
Improved domain authority
Increased inbound leads or sales from organic traffic
Clear reporting and actionable insights
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong keyword research skills
On-page optimisation expertise
Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
Experience with tools such as:
Google Search Console
GA4
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Similar tools
Strong analytical mindset
Clear communication and reporting ability

Experience with eCommerce or lead generation websites
Content marketing strategy experience
CRO knowledge
Backlink outreach experience
Experience scaling organic traffic significantly
