Job Description
We are hiring one high-level outbound cold caller to book qualified appointments with home service contractors directly into our GoHighLevel calendar.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who:
Speaks extremely fluent, natural English
Sounds confident and professional on the phone
Understands the contractor / construction space (roofers, remodelers, flooring, decks, etc.)
Can think independently and does NOT rely heavily on scripts
Has strong common sense
Understands North American business culture
Your Objective
Call contractors from the lead databases we provide and book qualified appointments directly into our GoHighLevel calendar.
That's it.
No selling on the call.
No long explanations.
Just qualify → position → book.
Responsibilities
Outbound cold calls to contractors in the US & Canada
Handle objections confidently and naturally
Speak conversationally (not robotic / scripted)
Book qualified calls into our GoHighLevel calendar
Ensure correct booking based on the contractor's LOCAL time zone
Accurately log call outcomes
You MUST understand:
Global time zones
North American time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST)
How to confirm correct booking times clearly
If you book appointments in the wrong time zone, this will not work.
Ideal Candidate
Previous cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
Experience calling contractors or home service businesses (huge plus)
Familiar with GoHighLevel (big bonus)
Comfortable calling blue-collar business owners
Thick skin (you will hear "no" often)
Competitive mindset
Compensation
$3-7/hr to start
30–40 hours per week
Performance bonuses per qualified appointment booked
Long-term opportunity if results are strong
We will start with a short paid trial to evaluate:
English fluency
Confidence
Objection handling
Booking accuracy
Do NOT Apply If:
You rely heavily on reading scripts word-for-word
You struggle with English fluency
You do not understand time zones
You are uncomfortable making 100+ dials per day
