We're looking for someone who understands performance creatives — not just video editing.
Your role is simple:
Study winning ads from competitor ad libraries
Adapt the concepts and structure
Find Clips, Create AI Clips to use them
Rebuild them using our product footage and AI tools
Deliver final ads ready to run
This is NOT a traditional creative director role.
We are specifically looking for someone who can:
Recognize patterns in high-performing ads
Recreate proven structures
Adapt scripts and hooks
Build the final creative using AI and assets.
What You'll Receive
We will provide:
Product clips
Access to competitor ad libraries for inspiration
Clear direction on positioning
Examples of styles we want replicated
You do NOT need to film anything.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze competitor creatives
Extract core concept and hook
Adapt scripts to match our positioning
Edit and assemble videos using AI tools
Add pacing, subtitles, and basic sound design
Deliver finished creatives ready for paid ads.
Important — This Is NOT Just Editing
We are not looking for:
basic CapCut editors
cinematic filmmakers
branding-focused creatives
We want someone who understands:
UGC style performance ads
Direct response structure
Hook → Problem → Insight → CTA formats.
Ideal Candidate
You might be a good fit if you:
Already recreate ads for DTC brands
Know how to reverse-engineer ad structures
Are comfortable working fast
Understand that the goal is performance, not art.
Bonus if you:
Use AI video tools regularly
Have worked with beauty, lifestyle, or wellness creatives.
Compensation
We prefer paying:
Per creative batch or per concept set
(not hourly long-term editing).
This can become an ongoing collaboration if performance is strong.

Tools you use (AI or editing software)
A short explanation of how you approach replicating winning creatives.
Applications without examples will not be reviewed.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
