Senior Electric Propulsion Specialist

Location: Lindsay, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

• A senior-level systems engineer is required to lead the design and integration of advanced electric propulsion architectures for hybrid eVTOL aircraft.


• This role involves close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to develop high-performance propulsion systems including motors inverters motor controllers and power distribution units. The ideal candidate will be a key driver in defining system level requirements validating performance and ensuring certification compliance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with electric propulsion systems high-voltage power electronics or related disciplines Familiarity with eVTOL certification regulations TCCA FAA EASA is an asset Strong communication skills are essential for this role as the incumbent will need to effectively communicate complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
