Make an impact with our HR Consulting team as an Analyst, Executive Search Recruitment. As a key member of our Executive Search and Professional Recruitment team, you will play a key role in supporting the executive search and recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment workflow. You will work closely with our team, hiring managers, and candidates to help facilitate a positive and professional hiring experience.

Performance Expectations

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job opportunities, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates for a variety of executive, management and professional positions
  • Contact referral sources and potential candidates through traditional and digital methods to make them aware of opportunities and engage their interest in exploring an opportunity further
  • Accurately document all contacts and interactions with referrals and candidates to ensure appropriate follow-up and records
  • Provide information and/or answer questions about the opportunity or refer to the appropriate partner or manager
  • Assist and help support the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements
  • Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
  • Develop relationships with candidates and ensure the delivery of positive client and candidate service
  • Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support recruiters in reference checks, background verification, and offer preparation.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, assessments, and meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening of potential candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Develop internal and external relationships by promoting MNP's brand and services and by networking through activities in the community
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Assist with other projects as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support, preferably within executive search or professional recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong ability to manage workflow, set priorities, and assist on multiple projects with tight timelines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to take initiative, apply your judgement and knowledge to problem solving, and bring forward / contribute to solutions

The annual salary range for this position is: $50,000-$60,000.
