A Property Management Role Where Scale, Complexity, and Experience Truly Matter.
This is not a traditional property management role. Hines is hiring a Property Manager to oversee a large-scale, multi-use site where operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and hospitality-driven service converge. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in complex environments and want to build their careers within a best-in-class global real estate platform.
Your New Employer
When you join Hines, you become part of a globally respected real estate organization known for setting the standard in innovation, quality, and hospitality-led environments. With a legacy rooted in design excellence and long-term value creation, Hines has been recognized as one of Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and one of U.S. News & World Report's Best Companies to Work For . This is an opportunity to contribute to a best-in-class platform where people, place, and performance intersect.
Your Role
As the Property Manager, you will play a key leadership role supporting the day-to-day operations of a highly complex, large-scale mixed-use site spanning approximately 370 acres and more than 1.6 million square feet of existing hangars and office space. Working closely with the General Property Manager, you will help lead the property management and operations teams while overseeing physical real estate, site services, and the tenant experience.
This role blends operational excellence with a hospitality-driven mindset. You will support site operations, including active leasing, ongoing construction coordination, ownership-led activations, and management of a major 50,000-person concert venue hosting multiple large-scale events annually. Your mandate is to ensure the property operates seamlessly, safely, and in alignment with Hines' service standards while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants, partners, and the broader community.
What Sets You Apart
You bring a strong foundation in property management and operations, coupled with a people-first leadership style. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by dynamic environments that require thoughtful coordination across multiple stakeholders.
You have experience supporting full-scope operations, including budgeting and P&L oversight, contract services, life safety systems, and capital and construction activity. You are comfortable collaborating across disciplines—working with leasing, marketing, construction, ownership, and third-party vendors—to ensure alignment and consistency in execution.
Equally important, you bring a hospitality-centric approach to leadership. You understand how to build community, mentor teams, and maintain professionalism under pressure, particularly in high-visibility environments with elevated service expectations. Your ability to remain composed, solutions-oriented, and proactive allows you to thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a globally admired real estate organization that invests deeply in its people and places. You will gain exposure to a uniquely complex and high-profile asset, work alongside industry-leading professionals, and be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Hines offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a platform that supports long-term career growth. For professionals who value hospitality, operational excellence, and meaningful impact, this role offers both challenge and opportunity.
What You Can Expect
Joining Hines means becoming part of a globally respected real estate organization that sets a high bar for professionalism, design excellence, and operational discipline. From day one, candidates can expect to work within a structured, well-resourced, and values-driven environment where best practices, training, and clear expectations are the norm—not the exception.
In this role specifically, you will step into a highly visible, complex property management mandate that goes well beyond traditional asset oversight. You will work alongside experienced leaders and cross-functional teams to support the operations of a large-scale, dynamic site that includes active tenants, ongoing construction, public-facing events, and ownership-led activations. The work is fast-paced and varied, offering meaningful exposure to institutional-grade operations, stakeholder management, and hospitality-led service delivery.
Hines places strong emphasis on people development and leadership capability. You can expect formal onboarding, access to training programs, and regular interaction with senior leadership. Performance is measured thoughtfully, with an emphasis on collaboration, professionalism, and long-term value creation rather than short-term firefighting.
Culturally, Hines is known for combining high standards with respect for its people. Teams are empowered to make decisions, encouraged to think creatively, and supported by strong internal systems and processes. While expectations are high, so is the level of support—making this an environment where motivated professionals can grow their skills, expand their scope, and build a long-term career.
Ultimately, candidates joining Hines and taking on this role can expect challenges, visibility, and development within a world-class real estate platform, along with the opportunity to contribute to a property and community that truly matters.
Compensation
Expected base salary of $103,500 - $129,400 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance.
