Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Development Manager role located in Calgary, AB. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management strategies. Key tasks include creating strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, building partnerships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction with CIL products and services. The Account Development Manager will play a crucial role in representing CIL's trusted brands and strengthening customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong sales, account management, and customer relationship-building skills
Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver business outcomes
Familiarity with the architectural coatings industry or similar market segments is an asset
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using sales technologies and CRM tools is preferred
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred
