Our Salt Lake City, Utah facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse. You will be involved in a range of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Success in this position requires a commitment to Safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to handle various tasks including significant Lifting, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capability to perform consistent manual labor and Lifting.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with general logistics operations.
- Must be able to work required shifts, including potential overtime.
