• Maintain surveillance to detect individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and personal items to determine citizenship or violations.


• Prevent undocumented non-citizens and smugglers from crossing the border by using advanced techniques such as infrared scopes during night operations.


• Analyze tracks, marks, and other physical evidence to identify illegal entry points or contraband.

You will be responsible for patrolling international borders and coastal waterways using various government assets like vehicles, horses, vessels, ATVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles etc. You are expected to work closely with team members in executing USBP mission objectives.
