Position OverviewThe Technical Records Analyst is responsible for reviewing, processing, and maintaining accurate aircraft technical documentation in compliance with Transport Canada and company standards. This role manages logbooks, work packages, maintenance releases, and component history records while tracking component lifecycles, flight hours, and maintenance intervals. The Technical Records Analyst works closely with our Maintenance, Planning, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve discrepancies and supports audits, inspections, and import/export documentation.
How You'll Make an ImpactReview, verify, and process aircraft technical records, including logbooks, work packages, maintenance releases, and component history cards.
Ensure all maintenance documentation complies with Transport Canada, federal aviation regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records in accordance with company retention procedures.
Track component lifecycles, flight hours, cycles, and maintenance intervals.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, and Quality Assurance teams to correct discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Support aircraft import/export documentation requirements when needed.
Assist with continuous improvement of technical records processes and tools.
Provide timely reporting and updates to internal stakeholders.
Support additional tasks and projects as required.
Uphold the high standards that define the Alpine Aerotech brand.
Graduation from a Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline Diploma program considered an asset.
1 - 3 years of related experience within aviation technical records, maintenance planning or related field. Experience within an MRO environment considered an asset.
Valid driver's license.
Understanding of aircraft maintenance programs and component tracking with a strong knowledge of aviation documentation and regulatory requirements.
Superior Microsoft Office skills with advanced experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Strong time management and self-motivation.
Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
