Your tasks at a glance
  • You lead, organize, and oversee daily Operating Room operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
  • You supervise and support surgical staff by leading by example, adopting company policies, and exercising sound judgment in day-to-day decisions.
  • You coach, train, onboard, and motivate team members, and support competency evaluations and performance management in collaboration with the Centre Director.
  • You ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • You use strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges and support team success.
  • You optimize surgical scheduling, workflow, and key performance indicators to improve service delivery and clinic performance.
  • You oversee equipment functionality, inventory management, and resource utilization.
  • You foster a positive and engaging work environment that balances accountability, employee development, and team collaboration.
  • You support risk management, incident reporting, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • You assist the Centre Director with additional operational and leadership responsibilities as needed.
 A clear view of your assets
  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You have a keen interest in the medical field and a leadership role.
  • You demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence and professionalism with the ability to foster change, work in a complex environment, set goals, delegate tasks, and prioritize urgencies.
  • You have experience in management or supervision and demonstrate excellent proactive customer service skills, organizational skills & analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to coach, provide feedback and foster teamwork. 
  • Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 4:00 pm), as well as occasional Saturdays.
