We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various departments. *Responsibilities*
* Lead the full project management lifecycle, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
* Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals while coordinating resources and managing timelines effectively.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct process mapping to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
* Implement change management strategies to smoothly transition teams through project phases and organizational shifts.
* Manage project portfolios by prioritizing initiatives, tracking progress with earned value management techniques, and adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
* Supervise cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration through effective meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership.
* Utilize Agile frameworks like SAFe or Kanban for iterative development cycles and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma practices.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues promptly and develop corrective actions that enhance overall project performance.
* Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards while controlling costs.
* Communicate project status updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels through presentations and detailed reports utilizing technical writing skills.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience supervising teams within a dynamic environment with a strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and PMBOK standards.
* Demonstrated expertise in program development, program design, and project engineering with a focus on IT infrastructure or product development projects.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Trello, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Confluence is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for informed decision-making.
* Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Effective negotiation skills coupled with conflict management abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools like Visio or SharePoint enhances process improvement efforts.
* Exceptional communication skills for facilitating meetings, presenting ideas clearly, and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or equivalent are highly desirable. Pay: $63,037.07 - $75,915.61 per year
