our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we are
seeking a Data Innovation and Governance Manager for our Franchise
& Governance Group within our SI Buildings Unit. Our shared

Role As a Data Innovation & Governance Manager, you will play a
pivotal role in driving data-driven innovation that pushes
productivity within our organization. You will collaborate closely
with different entities and tech teams to design forward-looking
solutions using analytics, automation, AI/ML, and modern data
platforms. At the same time, you will bring a structured mindset
and help ensure that the innovation we drive is built on solid,
governed foundations. You will contribute to data governance
initiatives - helping establish standards and ensuring data
quality, transparency, and security - without losing sight of speed
and agility. Your new responsibilities - Identify and evaluate
data-driven business opportunities - Develop concepts and
prototypes for innovative use cases - Act as though partner for
different units, bridging technology and strategy - Apply modern
technologies (e.g. Data Mesh, AI/ML, Self-Service BI) - Promote a
data-driven culture throughout the organization - Develop and
operationalize the Business Units Data Governance Framework -
Define and enforce roles, standards, and policies - Support data
quality, cataloguing, and stewardship initiatives - Promote data
literacy and a culture of experimentation and continuous
improvement Your talents and experience - University degree in Data
Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the data domain, with a focus on
both governance and innovation - Deep understanding of data
architecture, metadata management, and data quality - Hands-on
experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks,
Azure, Power BI) - Strong analytical and structured mindset
combined with a passion for innovation - Detail-oriented and
well-organized - Strong in communication on all management levels -
Fluent in English and German Employee benefits - 2–3 days per week
