Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against manifests and purchase orders.
- Inspect all received goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately enter receiving data into the inventory management system.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving areas.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a shipping or receiving role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Familiarity with inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
- Good computer literacy and experience with scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
