The below job description will outline this position of: Man Guarding Sales Manager Typically, this person will be responsible for generating new business within the Facilities Management and Corporate Security sectors, focusing on manned guarding contracts. This is a target-driven role involving client meetings, site surveys, proposal writing and developing long-term customer relationships across the region and nationally. HSB Technical’s client is an established and well-regarded security services provider with a strong presence in the market and a clear growth strategy. Duties and responsibilities of the Man Guarding Sales Manager: • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, exhibitions and referrals • Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed quotations and proposals • Meet and exceed sales targets set by Senior Management • Work closely with Contracts Managers and the Control Room to ensure smooth mobilisation and client satisfaction • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and networking events to generate opportunities • Produce regular sales reports and market feedback for management • Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, finance and operations • Manage customer accounts and identify upselling opportunities • Issue contracts and oversee handover to operational teams Qualifications and requirements for the Man Guarding Sales Manager: • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Facilities Management and/or Security industry • Proven track record in a target-driven sales or business development role • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to price and structure guarding contracts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, results-orientated and able to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical Ltd who have been appointed to act as a recruitment partner for this role
