We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the southeast metro. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer orders, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. Responsibilities: Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from initial entry to final delivery. Collaborate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations. Plan and monitor shipments by aligning inventory and production schedules. Address and resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or billing promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and efficiency. Monitor order statuses and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. Support invoice processing by ensuring all billing information is accurate and complete. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance overall workflow. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role. Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail. Experience in invoice processing and maintaining accurate financial records. Familiarity with customer order management and lifecycle tracking. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address order or billing issues. Knowledge of inventory management or shipment scheduling is a plus.
