Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, in-person position in Antioch, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. Position Details
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Full-time, M-F
Location: Antioch School District
Caseload: Assigned based on district needs
Service Areas: Student evaluations, treatments, IEPs, documentation, collaboration
Your Responsibilities
Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
Maintain timely documentation
Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers
What We’re Looking For
Illinois Occupational Therapy license
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
