Are you a seasoned CRM professional ready to lead impactful projects in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a Senior CRM Technical Expert to play a pivotal role in the implementation and integration of a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform. This is your opportunity to contribute to a high-profile digital transformation initiative with global reach.
As a Senior CRM Technical Expert, you will:
- Design and document the solution architecture and integration blueprints .
- Lead system configuration , customization , and data migration efforts.
- Oversee API development and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Support change management , including training and operational transition.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation across all project phases.
- 8+ years of CRM project experience, including 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven leadership in end-to-end CRM implementations , including architecture, integration, and team management.
- Strong command of Azure Dataverse , DevOps , and enterprise integration .
- Expertise in data migration , API development , and security compliance .
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service Consultant
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Azure Fundamentals, PMP/PRINCE2, or ITIL (desirable)
