RFX 626 - Senior CRM Technical Expert

Location: Hybrid - Remote (up to 80%) & On-site in Geneva, Switzerland (min. 20%)

We are seeking a Senior CRM Technical Expert to play a pivotal role in the implementation and integration of a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform. As a Senior CRM Technical Expert, you will:

• Design and document the solution architecture and integration blueprints .
• Lead system configuration , customization , and data migration efforts.
• Oversee API development and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support change management , including training and operational transition.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation across all project phases.

• 8+ years of CRM project experience, including 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven leadership in end-to-end CRM implementations , including architecture, integration, and team management.
• Strong command of Azure Dataverse , DevOps , and enterprise integration .
• Expertise in data migration , API development , and security compliance .
• Certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service Consultant
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Azure Fundamentals, PMP/PRINCE2, or ITIL (desirable)
