Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis, where you’ll be at the helm of our bustling Papa John's 200-seater restaurant!
About The RoleAs a Kitchen Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a pivotal role in running our kitchen. You’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift, ensuring that our guests are always at the heart of everything we do. Your mission? To make our guests smile!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Resource Planning: Recruit and select the best talent to create an amazing service team.
- Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the guest experience, developing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with a variety of shifts available between 7am and 3am, depending on the restaurant's opening hours.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
