Position: Nursery Room Leader
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £33,779.20 per annum

As our Room Leader, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development
- Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally
- Assist staff in maintaining high-quality records in the EyLog system and child learning journals
- Lead by example, promoting respect and consistency within the team
- Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments
- Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor
- Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential
- Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
