Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Montreal, QC. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, following up on leads, and turning them into long-term partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales calls, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with other teams to understand client needs and deliver optimal solutions is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proven ability in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
