This is not a beginner brand looking for basic UGC.
We're looking for a serious long-term partner who understands:
Advanced direct response psychology
Belief-shift driven creative
High-velocity testing on Meta
Creative built for scale, not vanity metrics
What We're Looking For
You must:
• Have proven track record scaling DTC brands with paid social
• Understand market sophistication & objection handling
• Build creatives around emotional triggers and identity shifts
• Produce both structured scripts and scalable UGC concepts
• Operate with clear testing frameworks (angles → hooks → iterations)
• Be interested in long-term collaboration, not short-term projects
Bonus if you:
• Have scaled brands past 7–8 figures annually
• Can show real performance metrics (CPA, MER, spend levels)
• Have experience in competitive male-focused markets

Test your creative against our in-house production
Measure performance objectively

If your process is vague or aesthetic-first without performance logic, this won't be a fit.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
