Über

I am looking for a Google Sheets expert to build a 4-week specialized strength and conditioning tracker for a track cyclist. The sheet needs to handle automated percentage-based calculations and data logging.
​Key Requirements:
​Master Control Sheet: A dashboard where I can input "Baseline 1RMs" (e.g., Squat, Clean, Deadlift) and a "Weekly Multiplier."
​Dynamic Programming: The training logs must automatically calculate weights based on the Master Control values, rounded to the nearest 2.5kg.
​VBT Integration: A column for "Actual Velocity" (Enode sensor data) with conditional formatting (e.g., cells turn Green if greater than 0.8m/s, Red if less than0.35m/s).
​User Interface: Must be mobile-friendly for the athlete to use on the gym floor. Freeze headers and include clickable links to Catalyst Athletics exercise videos (links provided).
​Logic: 4-week repeating block with a Deload week logic (50% reduction).
​Skills Required:
​Advanced Google Sheets formulas (MROUND, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, Conditional Formatting).
​Experience with fitness or performance tracking is a plus.
​Clean, intuitive UI/UX design.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, Python
