Role Summary
CPP is seeking a construction focused Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new Medspa clinic build outs. This role is responsible for managing architects, general contractors, leasing, vendors, budgets, schedules, and permitting while ensuring each clinic is delivered on time, on brand, and ready for operations. The Project Manager will serve as the primary day to day owner of clinic development projects and partner closely with internal teams throughout the build and opening process.

Core Responsibilities

Project Management and Construction Delivery
• Manage the end to end lifecycle of new clinic development projects from site feasibility, lease signing, through opening
• Lead pre construction planning including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling
• Oversee all phases of construction including permitting, inspections, build out, and close out
• Manage architects, designers, engineers, general contractors, and specialty vendors
• Review construction drawings, scopes of work, change orders, and pay applications
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Identify construction risks and drive mitigation plans

Site Development and Coordination
• Support site feasibility and due diligence efforts in partnership with real estate and leadership teams
• Coordinate landlord, municipal, and third-party requirements related to construction and permitting
• Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, regulations, and CPP standards

Budget and Schedule Management
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets and construction schedules
• Track capital expenditures and monitor spend against approved budgets
• Support contract negotiation and vendor pricing in collaboration with leadership
• Provide regular project status updates, cost tracking, and milestone reporting

Operational Readiness and Handoff
• Coordinate with operations, clinical, IT, and marketing teams to support clinic opening readiness
• Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and systems are installed and operational prior to opening
• Lead final walkthroughs, punch lists, and construction turnover documentation

Cross Functional Collaboration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors throughout the build process
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
• Support training and onboarding of site-specific resources as needed


• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 plus years of experience in construction project management, commercial build outs, healthcare, retail, or hospitality development
• Experience managing tenant improvement or ground up construction projects
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, permitting, and inspection processes
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different markets
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to active construction sites
