Job Summary
As a Sr. Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data solutions using Amazon Redshift and Python. Your expertise in the Payer domain will be crucial in developing efficient systems that enhance data processing capabilities. You will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration of technology and domain knowledge to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable data solutions using Amazon Redshift to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize Python programming to automate data workflows and improve system efficiency.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data processing and system performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
Work closely with stakeholders in the Payer domain to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance system capabilities.
Design and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data solutions.
Document technical processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and system maintenance.
Collaborate in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Amazon Redshift demonstrating proficiency in data warehousing and analytics.
Have strong Python programming skills with a focus on automating data processes and enhancing system functionality.
Exhibit deep understanding of the Payer domain enabling effective communication and solution development.
Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment adapting to both remote and in-office settings.
Show expertise in data analysis with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Display strong problem-solving skills capable of addressing technical challenges efficiently.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies to improve system performance.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $135,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
