We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of SAP-related projects. This is a permanent opportunity ideal for someone with foundational SAP knowledge and early project management experience who is looking to grow within a structured and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure SAP initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and status reports.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to track deliverables and milestones.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, change requests, and status dashboards.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), training coordination, and go-live activities.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management (SAP environment preferred).
Basic understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, or S/4HANA).
Familiarity with SAP project methodologies (Activate, ASAP) is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar project tracking tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to Have
Exposure to SAP implementations or upgrades (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA).
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar certification (or working toward).
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
