We are looking for a Receptionist, to join our redesigned, modern lumber mill located near Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Lakeview Division safely and sustainably produces over 230 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Business Administration Diploma and/or equivalent work-related experience
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
An ability to meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience with accounts payable work is considered an asset.
Knowledge of the forest industry, particularly manufacturing and/or Woodlands related experience is considered an asset.

In this role you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Manage incoming mail, outgoing mail, and deliveries.
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks.
Support basic accounts payable activities.

You'll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $38,250.00 to $51,000.00 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Tolko's bonus program.
