Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $135,000. The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the offer may fall anywhere within the posted range and is not necessarily at the top end.

Overview:
Reports to the Director, Scheduling, Planning, and Constructability and supports in developing and managing the integrated master project schedule, conducts analysis to identify delays, and proposes corrective actions and optimization opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:
Oversees, develops, and manages the integrated master project schedules.
Assists in improving the Planning and Scheduling function through review and implementation of lessons learned from projects.
Initiates and leads discussions with project stakeholders to identify key schedule elements and constraints.
Supports the development and management of the owner/master project schedule(s) by integrating project schedules and data supplied by contractors and incorporates logic associated with owner led work and milestones.
Identifies, and communicates the project specific reporting requirements.
Conducts project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis to identify delays.
Evaluates and monitors construction progress and modifications, analyzes delays, identifies impacts/issues, proposes corrective actions and optimization opportunities and, provides regular schedule updates.
Develops critical timelines and scheduling priorities, monitors execution of contracts, and develops performance reports for the Province.
Reviews project schedules, construction contracts and the parties' performance to anticipate, analyze and determine liability and entitlement to damages for construction claims.
During business case and procurement phase, works with TI Corp and technical staff in the development of overall project schedules for large scale transportation projects.
Creates a project work breakdown structure and develops and issues short-term look-ahead schedules
Provides strategic input to project leadership team where required to mitigate schedule slippage.
Monitors and reports on critical path and schedule performance to project team.
Performs productivity analysis for controlled scope of work, supports project team in the development/contemplation of project change orders.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and extensive experience that includes scheduling/planning, procurement and construction for large civil infrastructure projects or, an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
Extensive experience in early phase construction planning and sequencing, ideally in a design-build environment.
Experience in maintaining active construction schedules, potentially multiples at one time.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
Excellent knowledge of project management approaches and design/build project methodology.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project, Word).
Skilled in the use of Primavera scheduling software including Time Impact Analysis, Cost Loading and Earned Value Management, Resource Loading and Levelling, and Linear Scheduling practices.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and, attention to detail.
Successful completion of security screening will be required as a condition of employment with TI Corp.
Additional Requirement:
You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
