What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Lead Technical Product Manager to oversee the roadmap, product ownership, and development of an Internal Developer Platform. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, creativity, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will drive the development of cutting-edge CI/CD capabilities, agentic AI features, and robust standards and controls, ensuring the platform evolves to meet the needs of developers and the organization.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

·       Product Ownership & Roadmap Development : Define and execute the product roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform, aligning with organizational goals and developer needs.

·       CI/CD Capabilities : Lead the design and implementation of advanced CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity and streamline software delivery.

·       Agentic AI Development : Drive the integration of agentic AI capabilities into the platform to enable intelligent automation and decision-making.

·       Standards & Controls : Establish and enforce platform standards, governance, and controls to ensure security, scalability, and compliance.

·       Infrastructure & Platform Design : Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of platform infrastructure, adapting to evolving client requirements.

·       Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, particularly in Extreme Programming practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

·       Sprint Planning & Execution : Actively participate in sprint planning meetings to discuss requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.

·       Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicate the product vision, and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Haves:

·       Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining developer platforms or related infrastructure.

·       Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, agentic AI, and platform governance.

·       Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering and infrastructure development.

·       Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, particularly in Extreme Programming practices.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

·       Creative thinker with a visionary mindset, capable of anticipating future needs and driving innovation.

Nice to Have:

·       Experience in agile methodologies and sprint planning.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

·       Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking to deliver impactful results.
