Your Role :

Reporting to the National Director, you inspire and mobilize your team to achieve operational excellence and the financial success of the store. You act with accountability (owning decisions and results), demonstrate constant proactivity (anticipate, propose, improve), share your passion for design and service, and cultivate professional curiosity (learn, explore, test) daily.

Responsibilities : 

  • Evaluate, analyze, and optimize weekly the performance of each sales and design consultant; implement an action plan when necessary (accountability and proactivity).
  • Identify and deploy sales strategies and growth opportunities tailored to the market (proactivity and curiosity).
  • Participate in recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management, embodying our service culture (passion and accountability).
  • Maintain a harmonious, fair, and engaging work environment, protecting the company's reputation (accountability).
  • Ensure rigorous inventory management: loss prevention, replacement, and repair of floor models (accountability).
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and impeccable store appearance (passion for execution).
  • Conduct regular competitive and strategic monitoring to support local innovation (curiosity and proactivity).
  • Exercise responsible control of shrinkage and operational variances (accountability).

Desired Profile :

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with demonstrated results.
  • Mobilizing leadership, capable of acting quickly and coaching effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive and lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and priority management; able to develop talent to achieve goals.
  • Ability to inspire clients and clearly communicate product expertise.
  • Strong and structured training/mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills (French and English, spoken and written).
  • Asset: strong sense of visual presentation and merchandising.
