As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in an educational environment located at 21, St. Clements Avenue, Toronto, ON, CA, M4R 1G8.

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification - required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
