Overview: The overnight lodge coordinator will work both as a front desk agent and will support overnight needs throughout the hotel. This position will supervise overnight tasks such as; night audit, room calls, security concerns, housekeeping needs including; laundry, stocking housekeeping closets, maintaining common areas, greeting and registering guests into and out of the hotel in a courteous and professional manner. Will provide information and assistance to all resort guests. Responsibilities: Why work with us? * Flexible scheduling - work as little or as much as you want * Paid training * DailyPay - work today, get paid tomorrow * Advancement opportunities * Free admission to ALL Six Flags parks, including White Water Bay * Free tickets for friends and family * Discounts on passes, food, and merchandise * Exclusive employee events * Fun rewards, benefits, and more! * Pay Range: $20-$22/hr Qualifications: What You Will Need * Must be at least 18 years old * For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language * Computer experience including; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of Opera software preferred * Prior guest services experience required * Should have an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude * Must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy * Possess or have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a New York State Security Guard License * Successfully complete background pre-screening * Ability to share all possible hotel and waterpark knowledge as trained * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment * Possess organizational skills and attention to detail * Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary * Must be available to work overnight shift (11pm - 7am) * Must be able to work independently acting with integrity. * Physical qualifications to stand and walk for extended periods of time; ability to stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift. Able to carry, and balance heavy loads up to 50lbs
