*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Associate Optometrist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive, low-stress environment with a flexible schedule. New graduates and experienced optometrists are welcome to apply.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision tests
* Diagnose and manage ocular diseases
* Perform contact lens fittings, including medically necessary lenses
* Provide patient education on eye health and treatment plans
* Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional patient care
*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
* Valid New Jersey state optometry license (or eligible to obtain)
* Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with specialty services (e.g., myopia management, dry eye treatment) is a plus
