About the Role
As an experienced veterinary professional, you already understand the day-to-day responsibilities of a veterinary technician. We are seeking a skilled LVT who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.
*Key Responsibilities Include:*
* Conducting technician appointments, obtaining accurate patient histories, and recording vital signs
* Auscultating heart and lung sounds and assisting with patient examinations
* Preparing and administering medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed
* Collecting, preparing, and running laboratory samples
* Performing diagnostic radiographs under veterinary supervision
* Administering and monitoring anesthesia and assisting during surgical procedures
* Placing IV catheters, endotracheal intubation, medication administration (PO, IV, SQ, IM), anesthesia monitoring, and post-operative patient care
* Utilizing pharmacy and pharmacology knowledge, including dosage calculations and recognizing adverse reactions

We’re looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician who brings both technical expertise and a positive team-focused mindset.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Active Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential required
* Professional, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor
* Strong communication skills with clients, leadership, and team members
* Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and coworkers
* Empathetic and supportive, especially during challenging cases
* Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
