As the Sales Development Leader, you will guide a dynamic team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dedicated to building and nurturing sales pipelines. This role requires strong leadership, data-informed decision-making, and collaboration across departments to drive team success and operational excellence. Your Impact: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs through regular coaching, meetings, and performance evaluations. Set clear expectations and measurable success metrics for the team, ensuring consistent and effective execution. Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for enhancement. Proactively address issues and obstacles, providing clear context and follow-up strategies. Engage in regular coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align goals, lead flow, messaging, and performance metrics. Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies while implementing scalable solutions to improve SDR workflows. Offer constructive feedback and assist in creating personalized development plans for each team member. Utilize historical data for accurate sales revenue forecasting and performance analysis. Advocate for initiatives that enhance lead response times, outreach quality, and follow-up accuracy. Standardize best practices for prospecting, qualification, messaging, and outreach strategies. Conduct interviews for SDR candidates and assess their potential. Monitor and evaluate SDR performance metrics including conversion rates, activity levels, and pipeline management. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment that emphasizes results and growth. Success Indicators: A consistently high-performing SDR team that meets and exceeds sales targets. Strong departmental alignment and effective communication for quick issue resolution. Accurate data-driven forecasting reflecting SDR productivity. Streamlined processes that enhance quality and efficiency. A culture focused on accountability, professional growth, and teamwork. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2+ years of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years in Sales Development or Sales roles.
