Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum while addressing the complex SEMH needs of our pupils.
- Support the class team in creating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure their needs are met.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
- Build strong relationships with pupils to foster interaction and positive learning outcomes.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A strong educational background at degree level.
- Previous successful teaching experience.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
- A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
