As an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be part of a dynamic maintenance team in our state-of-the-art facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Be at the forefront of engineering maintenance, supporting all manufacturing assets and equipment.
  • Work with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and complex tooling.
  • Receive top-notch training, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.
  • Contribute to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.
What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding swiftly to breakdowns to minimize downtime while ensuring safe working practices.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance checks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Participating in weekend and shutdown work to meet business needs.
  • Embracing ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.
What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with CNC Machining Centres, conveyor systems, and high-volume production maintenance.
  • A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
